A man from Kabale district, Western Uganda has been arrested for reportedly defiling his own 3-year old daughter.
A one Deogratius Mutabazi Kabwensi of Kibingo village in Kaharo sub county aged 39 years old is currently being held by Police as confirmed the Kigezi Regional Police Spokesperson, Elly Maate.
According to close sources to the residents, the suspect is said to have committed the egregious crime after his 27-year-old wife left him.
