Independent presidential candidate has said the events in Ntungamo on Sunday were a culmination of an attempt to harm his person. Explaining the incident in a statement yesterday, Mbabazi said there was an attempt to pour petrol on his car in Rubare Ntungamo, intimidation of supporters, sealing the main ground for his rally by stick wielding persons dressed in President Museveni’s t-shirts.

“I have and will continue to call for a peaceful handover of power from one leader to another. The recent incident in Ntungamo was the culmination of a number of attempts to harm my person first by attempting to pour petrol on my car in Rubare, intimidation and assault of my supporters in Ruhaama, human barricades, sealing off the main road to my campaign procession in Ntungamo Municipality and lining the road to my public rallies in Kajara, Kiture in Ruhama and Ntungamo Municipality with stick wielding persons dressed in President Museveni’s t-shirts (Case No. CRB2188/15),” Mbaabzi said.

He said these incidents happened in Masaka, Mukono, Mityana, Luweero, Iganga, Kasese, Bushenyi, Lango sub-region, Arua, Gulu and Kigezi.

Mbabazi argued that the “illegal electoral acts are perpetuated by the Resident District Commissioners (RDCs), State House employees, some crime preventers, security operatives, army officers (Fort Portal & Gulu) and some police themselves who have been found to be complicit in these acts either by omission (Ntungamo) or Commission (Mbarara & Fort Portal).”

Mbabazi said the clash was a spontaneous response to the endless, well-orchestrated, life threatening provocation that had been meted out by 400 President Museveni T-shirt clad, stick wielding men.

He accused the police and Electoral Commission for repeated failure to respond to his pleas.

The WVXA will allow four selected entrepreneurs to spend 2-4 weeks in Nairobi attending the Global Entrepreneurship Week and accessing mentorship opportunities with leading mentors in their industries through the Mara Mentor program.

Tragic as it was, there are many stories that have taken rounds all over social Media. Honestly, the first time I heard about the sudden death of this very talented young dancer, I was forced to believe these stories. Well, we are not here to prove conspiracy theories of any sort but give you what really happened and the other stories that are being said.

By now you must be aware that Alex was the lead Dancer in Eddy Kenzo’s dance group known as the Triplets or Ghetto Kids. This young talent was a very vigorous dancer having most of the spotlight in the group.

The sad news was brought to public audience when Eddy Kenzo himself posted on his Timeline sending off the young lad to rest shortly after the bike accident.

I started working with Alex way back in the days of ‪#‎MundekeNumbe ‪#‎Zivuga ‪#‎Jambole‪#‎SityaLoss and recently in the ‪#‎SoGood video.They were involved in an accident with ‪#‎Patricia the gal also in #SityaLoss video. Right now we are @CaseClinic doctors are trying their best 2 see that her life is saved. May the Great Lord see us through this hard situation. RIP ALEX My brother. oh God!!!,”

Alex is said to have been on a bike with another dancer in the Triplets group, Patricia Nabakooza who happens to be the only girl. They both were riding on the same bike from the Neverland Ranch of the Goodlyf boys located in Makindye. The bicycle failed to break sending them to crush into a trench. Alex hit his forehead and did not survive the collusion after being taken to Nsambya, Mulago and Lubaga Hospitals. Patricia survived and was rushed to Mulago in a critical condition and later transferred to Case Clinic.

Many entertainers all over Africa and the world have paid tribute the young Talent. These of course include all the comedians with Comedy files and a Nigerian Singer known as Kiss Daniel at the Buzz Teens awards.

There are rather controversial stories that cropped up and have been circulating alongside with the earlier story. Eddy Kenzo was rumored to be an Illuminati but we came up and silenced those rumors. Another version of the story comes out to conform that Patricia had also lost her life in the accident. Well, this is certainly not true because a video came out of her on her sick bed with a message to his fans assuring them of getting better. People have as well informed us that the mother of this princess has threatened to pull out her daughter if not already from this Dancing Group. Also, claims followed that Kenzo had brought a Coffin for Alex which was rejected.

Other groupmates have also been rumored to have left the group or if not left already. Rema, as other people are saying has hidden Eddy Kenzo’s child on grounds that the child might also suffer from a similar or related but rather unclear death.

Awamo, a Germany-based micro-finance management solutions provider, has raised about $550,000 in its Series A round and is launching in Africa.

The company announced this earlier today while indicating that the fund will enable it launch its mobile, biometric solution for microfinance lenders in Africa. The company further indicated that it will use the fund raised to advance its product prototype into a fully-fledged solution which it will roll out in selected regions of Uganda..

“Awamo’s solution simplifies the credit management process from A to Z and provides microfinance lenders with a professional credit risk management solution,” the company stated. “This empowers millions of people to create their own micro-businesses, thus stimulating sustainable, regional economic and social development.”

The company will also look into the product scalability and onboarding more customers through the implementation of feedbacks.
