Though the country is on a temporary lockdown, Bobi Wine’s young brother Mikie Wine, real names Micheal Mukwaya, claims that he was attacked by certain thugs during the late hours of the night, at 3am – last night on 26th/April/2020.
‘Namata’ singer reveals that these thugs broke into his house with pangas and took all the money that has been sustaining him, with family, during the lockdown but gladly no other valuables were taken.
The singer says that when the thugs penetrated through his house, they woke them up immediately telling them to forward their phones and all the money they had in the house, a thing they did immediately.
However, very fortunate the thugs threw their phones at the fence from where they made their exit and took off, but money didn’t survive – according to Mikie Wine.
The Sulubada High School chief says that they contacted the police who arrived about 1 hour later with sniffer dogs but they couldn’t trace the scent, but promised to carry on with the investigations instead.
Fortunately, according to the singer, no one in house was hurt and lastly advised people to stop keeping money in the house as it’s very dangerous and risky.
