Uganda Police has issued a notice indicating that it is investigating reports that a student was to be paid sh15m to plant bomb materials at Makerere University.

Reports say a male CoCIS student who was looking for a job in London was approached with a Shs 15million deal to put the bomb at the university. The proposed location was Block B during the examination period. And other major targeted areas were toilets, isolated hide outs in the building and congested rooms.
