She then turned on to haters and a social media critic who attacked her that she brags too much. This followed this anonymous fan taking to social media recently to complain that the South African based Ugandan business lady has been bragging too much on social media and needs to stop.

“Even Kim Kardashian doesn’t shout that much or brag about how rich she is only those who wish to be rich are one who always makes noise about them being rich lol .what’s up shall come down bible says.” the fan’s comment read.

Surprisingly, Zari fired back with an expected comment urging the fan to stop being a hater.

For the past few weeks, it has always been reported how the dimpled singer Rema Namakula was planning for life without her baby daddy Edrisa Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo.

It is rumored that Rema Namakula told her confidants that it’s now officially over between her and the “Sitya Loss” breakthrough singer over his lack of commitment and rumored philandering with a string of women that also allegedly include fellow singers Lydia Jazmine and Pia Pounds.

Singer Edrisa Musuuza a.k.a Eddy Kenzo has come out to comment on the controversial female battle between Sheebah Karungi and Cindy.

Singer Cinderella Sanyu a.k.a Cindy seems to have launched a new campaign to attack every female singer who appears to give her music career a threat. As her Music battle requests with Sheebah Karungi are stil being laid on a barren ground, she has now turned her provocative ways to the Swangz Avenue trending star, Veronica Nakiyingi a.k.a Vinka.

In her recent comments, the ‘Still Standing ‘ singer referred to Vinka as a dummy singer who cannot even pen down a line of her song lyrics.

“All the trending female artists are ‘dummies’ who just sit and wait for their management to do everything for them.” Cindy said.

However, Vinka also decided not to just keep silent but to chip in by educating Cindy on how the music industry works. The ‘Omukwano gwo’ singer expressed her disappointment, saying that even big international artists like the late Whitney Houston and Beyonce who have made it in life, have had other people write their music.

“So we are dummies… uhm. I think what is dumb is not knowing that even e greatest artists of all time are signed to labels. Beyoncé has writers too.. Whitney had writers too.. you can be a singer and song writer but you don’t have to be both. It’s a choice. Before we educate others, let’s get educated first. “ she posted.

She added that one can choose to be a singer or song writer and not both before asking her (Cindy) to first get some education before educating others. However, after people attacking her after those replies, Vinka also went ahead and put up a new post defending herself from all the negativity.

The UEFA Champions League 2018/19 quarter final dates have been settled today in Madrid for each club to learn its opponent, serving up some potentially explosive ties.

Eight clubs with four of them from the English Premier League qualified to the Quarter Finals on Tuesday and Wednesday Nights.

Hollywood Star Forest Whitaker Impressed by Uganda’s Nature

Hollywood Star Forest Whitaker has been impressed by his second stay in Uganda. This follows the American Actor and Film Director’s recent touristic visit to Uganda to help empower youth through his ‘Whitaker Peace and Development Initiative.’

Whitaker who Starred in movies such as South Paw, Last King of Scotland and others, arrived on Monday and has been in areas of Acholi, Northern Uganda.

Forest Whitaker in acholiThe actor took to his social media to reveal how it feels good to stay in Uganda in additions to sharing his favorite moments like the youthful Acholi’s dancing to the traditional Larakaraka Dance.

“It always feels so good to be in Acholi, Uganda!” he wrote on his twitter account.

Today, he visited Kiryandongo Refugee Settlement to train the youth of beith there for each other.

“I was uplifted by the exchange I had today with the youth trained and supported by @connectWPDI in the Kiryandongo Refugee Settlement #Uganda – they are amazing change makers!” he tweeted today evening.

This is Forest Whitaker’s second time in Uganda with his earlier visit back in 2017, where he participated in a series of activities to support young people from Northern Uganda and South Sudan.

His first visit was during the shooting of the popular movie “the last king of Scotland” in which Whitaker acted as Idi Amin Dada, the past president of Uganda. He is also one of the most popular actors from Hollywood most known to Ugandans.

Routing Leakage: Technicians Explain Why Facebook Apps Went Down

Yesterday, there was an unexpected service outage of the Facebook Family apps with unidentified technical problems.
The popular applications of Facebook itself, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp all went down for several hours for millions of users around the world causing widespread disruptions.

This was also confirmed by Facebook itself that took to Twitter to update users on the situation saying that the management was aware that some people were having trouble accessing the Facebook family of apps but were working tirelessly to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

They further dismissed reports that the most popular social media family of applications were just hacked saying that the issue wasn’t related to a Distributed Denial Of Service Attack (DDoS) before declining furthur comments. A DDOS is a kind of brute-force attack, in which networks are overloaded with bogus traffic designed to disrupt service.

The Outage

The user reports of problems accessing Facebook’s apps lasted for over 11 hours, making it the longest outage of large internet platformsof a Facebook kind. This mostly affected users in the U.S., the U.K. and Brazil. WhatsApp error reports mainly came from Mexico and South America as well as Europe and some parts of Africa.

Facebook HackedUsers reported not being able to post on Facebook, not being able to refresh feeds or post new material on Instagram and problems loading Facebook Messenger’s desktop alongside other glitches with other kinds of content, such as images.

Problem Explained;

Though Facebook technical team has yet to offer an explanations for the outage, a number of technicians have come out to rectify on what may have cause the catastrophe.

Netscout Explanation

it is believed that it was caused by an Accidental Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) also known as ‘Routing Leak’ as according to the performance-monitoring firm Netscout.

Route leaks involve the illegitimate advertisement of prefixes, blocks of IP addresses, which propagate across networks and lead to incorrect or suboptimal routing. The result of a route leak can be redirection of traffic through an unintended path that may enable eavesdropping or traffic analysis and may or may not result in an overload or black hole. Route leaks can be accidental or malicious but most often arise from accidental mis-configurations.

Netscout explains that this routing leak was from a European internet service provider (ISP) to a major transit ISP; the BGP error then cascaded across other service providers and downstream customers of the transit ISP.

Thousand Eyes Explanation

However, another monitoring vendor known as ThousandEyes, a company that tracks performance and downtime based on client-side measurement contradicted with Netscout findings, saying that there were not any BGP changes affecting connectivity, packet loss or latency for Facebook.

They however revealed that the problems appeared to be internal to Facebook’s systems rather than a network or internet-delivery issue.

  • An NBC News broadcaster also reported the cause was related to “overloaded” databases.

Previous Outages for Facebook

The last time Facebook had a disruption of this magnitude was in 2008, when the site had 150m users, compared

with around 2.3bn monthly users today.
