Tycoon turned Jail-bird Sulaiman Kabangala a.k.a SK Mbuga has finally returned to Uganda following long incarceration in Europe.
Mbuga has been battling with crimes of fraud and money laundering in Dubai and Sweden since January 2017.
He returned home via the Entebbe Airport and welcomed by many that were led by fellow fraudster Don Nasser.
