Robert Kyagulangi the leader of the People Power Movement has written to the Electoral Commission over his intention to embark on a countrywide consultation ahead of the Presidential nomination schedule.
In his letter dated December 3rd, Mp Bobi notified the Commission on his intention to contest for the presidency against the incumbent H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
