Mutebile’s Burial to Cost Ugx409.5 million

Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile’s send of in Kabale will cost an arm and leg. Maziima has learnt from reports that a budget of Shs. 409.5million has been drafted to cater for the burial of the deceased Bank of Uganda Governor.

According to the draft budget, 33million will be spent on road works, 131 million on security, 244 million on drinks, and food. 6 million will be spent on buying cows and 5 million on bushera.

The budget is said to have been prepared by the district chairperson of Kabale district.

Mutebile died on Sunday (January 23) and will be laid to rest at his home in Kabale on Monday.

There will be a special funeral to honour the deceased at Kololo a day before his burial.
