    Uganda to scrap VAT off all Tourism Related Services

    The Ministry of Finance in Uganda has been directed to scrap Value Added Tax (VAT) on all tourism-related services so that to boost the sector earnings and increase employment.

    President Yoweri Museveni who also announced plans to create a tourism fund to support youth tourism groups in the country made these remarks while speaking during the Private Investors Round Table (PIRT).
