Barbie Itungo, the wife to Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu a.k.a Bobi Wine, the leader of the popular political pressure group (the People power movement) has declined all reports showing her interests in any political or leadership position come the 2021 general elections.

“….. I am currently not interested in contesting for any parliamentary or any other position of leadership and this below is not true. Please dismiss it with the contempt it deserves.” Barbie Kyagulanyi posted on Facebook.

This followed a poster photo of the mother of five that has been going viral online this week, portraying her seeking for votes from the Kyadondo East community as she looks forward to becoming their next Member of Parliament, a position that her husband currently holds.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time for Bobi Wine’s wife to be heard in fake matters of political interests as in June last year, there were also reports on how she was eyeing the Wakiso Woman Member of Parliament seat that she also denied.
