Dr Hamza Sebunya was among the many graduands who thronged Makerere University Freedom Square as the country’s most respected university held its 70th graduation ceremony. Initially, Dr Sebunya had already acquired a degree in gynecology and was a respected gynecologist who currently works at Mulago National Reference Hospital but he has gone further to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery.
The ceremony’s guest of honor was the Prime Minister of Uganda ,Ruhakana Rugunda, who acted on behalf of President Museveni. Minister of Education Janet Museveni and Professor Ezra Suruma of Makerere University were also present at the ceremony as Rema’s boo was reaching this huge milestone.
As a recap, Dr Sebunya came to limelight at the end of August last year when rumors revealed that the gynecologist had snatched the ‘clear’ singer from the BET Award top dog – Eddy Kenzo!
