After the Chief magistrate pamella lamunu  read out the charges to Vivian chebet who appeared to be down cast according to eyewitnesses, she stopped her from pleading to the charges alleging that it was only high court with the powers since her case involved very large sums of money hence the efforts of her lawyer to secure bail hitting a dead end.
The magistrate adjourned the case to 13th march when she is expected to return to court and seek bail.
It should be noted that police came out and said they are in preparation to hand her over to Swedish authorities through interpol so as she can face the law in Sweden.
