Singer Cinderella Sanyu a.k.a Cindy seems to have launched a new campaign to attack every female singer who appears to give her music career a threat. As her Music battle requests with Sheebah Karungi are stil being laid on a barren ground, she has now turned her provocative ways to the Swangz Avenue trending star, Veronica Nakiyingi a.k.a Vinka.

In her recent comments, the ‘Still Standing ‘ singer referred to Vinka as a dummy singer who cannot even pen down a line of her song lyrics.

“All the trending female artists are ‘dummies’ who just sit and wait for their management to do everything for them.” Cindy said.

However, Vinka also decided not to just keep silent but to chip in by educating Cindy on how the music industry works. The ‘Omukwano gwo’ singer expressed her disappointment, saying that even big international artists like the late Whitney Houston and Beyonce who have made it in life, have had other people write their music.

“So we are dummies… uhm. I think what is dumb is not knowing that even e greatest artists of all time are signed to labels. Beyoncé has writers too.. Whitney had writers too.. you can be a singer and song writer but you don’t have to be both. It’s a choice. Before we educate others, let’s get educated first. “ she posted.

She added that one can choose to be a singer or song writer and not both before asking her (Cindy) to first get some education before educating others. However, after people attacking her after those replies, Vinka also went ahead and put up a new post defending herself from all the negativity.

“Do not like fights and cheap popularity, never have I raised my voice at even a single statement that comes at me!!

Not picking sides or anything but this was so DISRESPECTFUL!! Why do we as women have to undermine each other just for publicity!! How are we gonna represent Uganda on the Globe ?? f we can’t respect each other!! Calling US dummies was UNCALLED FOR!! All artists need teams n that’s a FACT,” she clarified.
