Uganda is amongst the countries that have ratified the social development goals strategy agenda crafted by United Nations members states globally in order to make improvements in the livelihood of its citizens.
Among the 17 goals, goal number 3 seeks to ensure good health and well being among the population.
This majorly involves what is termed as Universal Health Coverage for all.
